The MC is a stupid child. That doesn't interest me. He's a bit creepy towards females. He's also easily beaten down and humiliated by stronger people at times. I don't like any series that builds tension by humiliating the MC over and over, then he gains a victory, then is humiliated again. That's a terrible formula to build a series on. All of the people are big and ugly. The men are Conan and the women are Conan. Would you want to live in this ugly berserker land? So the setting has no appeal.
