The underground criminal Shiba Mitsuya, 37, died in a plane crash. Instead of ceasing to exist, he was reincarnated in another world inside the body of the 14-year old village boy named Cimmerian. In this new world, a unique energy particle called magiton existed that allowed creatures to cast magic arts.
There are two types of magitons—negative and positive or better known as the evil and the good energy respectively.
The story followed the adventure and exploits of the boy Cimmerian, his brother named Vaissien, and his village friends, as they conquered all of the world and encountered powerful beings that served as roadblocks.
