The story is a good time waster. But the characters have no personality. All party members join within a chapter or two of being introduced. There was only one interparty conflict as of ch 75 and it was very early on.None of the characters have backstories. We got maybe a paragraph total for a dozen characters including the MC. The characters are indistinguishable. They are constantly laughing or buying cake. No range of emotions. Just laughing and cake. Furthermore, despite apparently being a monogamous story, the MC only meets women. The battles have no tension and the combat no meaning. At first, the author described careful pulling as they raided dungeons. Now they just say skill drops like the MC used a skip ticket. It's enjoyable anyways as a SOL time waster but the lack of any conflict or character is a fatal flaw.

Well this story is all about reincarnation, transportation into another world, weak to strong, etc.The translation quality is excellent................................................Stability of updates is erratic.........................................................Story development is smooth and slow with a lot of fillers.........Character design is nice, the description of character gives one vague idea of the character... The one thing I like about author is the way he/she (can't really predict what's the gender by name Cocooned Cow ????, anyway) builds up the suspense.........................................................................................And lastly the world background..... It changes every time after   approx.50-60 chapters...................................................................The novel is a lot fun. Although some pennisless vaginal (for males) and vaginaless pennial (reffering females) readers troll the author, ignore them after all, as they say shit about author and still read the novel, SO THEY ARE ACTUALLY EATING THE SHIT THEY CREATED.

"of all the vices that we have, sentiment is the one which keeps the world running"This is definitely not er gen's best work, from a critical perspective. But it is most definitely his most beautiful work till date. So much so that I would rank it just below Mao ni's nightfall and I Am Ink's grasping evil. This novel has transcended the bounds of xianxia, just like my former mentions. It is emotionally verbose to a very magnitude. Some of the underlying philosophies are such that each of us might relate to it some extent. Agreed,  that this novel is not without er gen's use of his typical plot devices and grand scale deus ex machina, some of which might even be considered cliché, but nonetheless, it is a stellar novel. With a mind blowing world building, super emo characters and er gen's standard 'screw the heavens' tone of the protag throughout the story, this should be a definite read for the enlightened readers looking for something meaty, especially if you're looking for grit in a xianxia which is rarer than a blue moon

Once they entered the school building, Sonia scanned her surroundings. New students were greetings other students as well as the seniors, sports club were having morning practices and a completely different atmosphere from her old school. Sadly, not many of her old friends from her elementary went here, so she felt a bit lonely.
