The poor editing and overall lack of flow make it difficult for me to recommend this one to anybody. The 4.8 rating mystifies me. Does it improve dramatically further in? I couldn't be bothered to find out.

THIS NOVEL IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF OF "My Wife is a Beautiful CEO." The blatant copying is DISGUSTING. At first the copying set off some alarm bells but I decided it couldn't be completely the same and gave it a chance. OH BOY WAS I WRONG. 20 chapters in the novel has already stolen another scene unique to MWIABC. The debt collecting task is exactly the same, like WTF. This author is blatantly stealing another content. This is plagiarism.

Enjoyed it so far. Wish it had more chapters and more than 2 daily. :(Hopefully it won't become 1 chapter each day in the end like some others that had 4 daily and went down to 2. I can't wait to see what happens further! good luck to the translator! :D

I wasn't sure what to expect when I picked up this book, but I was pleasantly surprised! The Bookstore Mage is a delightful fantasy novel that had me hooked from the very first page. Lucien, the main character, is a likeable and relatable protagonist who is thrust into a world of magic and mystery following the death of his grandfather. I loved watching him grow and change as he learned more about his grandfather's magical abilities, and the supporting cast of characters were all well-developed and entertaining. The story was fast-paced and engaging, and I found myself eager to find out what would happen next. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a fun read!

I walked a dark path away from a falling sun that shed no light. I happened upon a man who's only visible sight was his third eye. He snapped his fingers and at the tips a flint sent souls around us. I clapped my hands, bowed my head and my past souls from my third eye's light had found us. A war took place, until I saw his face. His sign of strain became his weakness. Next thing I knew, I heard his pain, my two fingers to his eye caused death to cloud his features. 300 souls from him to me did flee....
