I am sorry author but after the addition of the Qi shan, the story became irritating to read and after investing so much time and keys into the chapter, I am meeting with this disappointment. I even waited that maybe the character is only irritating at the start but oh man even after 10 chapter, she and mc is as irritating as ever. And because of Qi shan, Mc's interactions with other characters like house spirit or his teacher is also getting irritating and cringy, sorry but I don't it was a nice idea to add Qi shan here.

I read the synopsis and it looks like an interesting story. Other than that, I read some reviews and got annoyed by a 1 star review filled with gibberish so I decided to leave a 5 star in retaliation.

She remembered last year, when they had first started dating after that day in art class. Wren had taught her the meaning behind him name. His mother had wanted to name him something peaceful, but not too obscure. She was dead set on a bird name. It was between Jay, Robin, and Wren. But then, at the hospital, just as she was about to name him Jay, a Wren flew up to the windowsill and sang its song. Wrens mother knew it was fate and told Wren any time he was in trouble, sing the wrens song and I will know your ok. So Jenny, having memorized the song of the Wren by heart after Wren teaching it to her, whistled it now from the treetops, making it echo across the forest. To anyone else, it would sound like just a bird. But Wren knew, knew it was Jenny.
