I love this novel, one of my favourite??

One of two truly original CN stories I'm aware of. It absolutely should be read once you are jaded veteran, to give you that extra bit of freshness. CNs are highy repetitive, riddled with plot holes and sloppy filler spouting on deadline. Once you truly feel that irritiation of reading same plot devices for nth time, it's time for Wang Lu, cultivator whose "cheat" actually interferes with cultivation, so he uses his brain intead of his fists. Watch him troll ******ton daoists till they don't know their own names.

Most MMO Novels always begin with Main Characters who began with a 'Cheat', and this MMO is no different. As far as I can tell from the few Chapters so far, the Novel can be promising but is unlikely to be memorable. It's good for a nice, satisfying read, but will be unlikely to leave anything behind. A typical, decent story, I guess.

I thought its a doctor/nurse helping patients with system cause the title is medical system, guess Im wrong. Its about evolution or something like that. And why is the title "Medical System" when the system is not??

Super good novel waiting for more from the author I hope for better updates

The story is good, pacing is too, power up good, still no waifu material to be found, not too fast paced haha there is even a reference anyway all is good except for the update stability not good but its still doable its just that waiting a story this good hurts especially in a good chapter i recommend yall read this......

So far so good, but it is kind of confusing. Hopefully a few more chapters will clarify my thoughts. Unique story with nice story development.
