A fast paced story that encapsulates many interesting sides of this mysterious world with a main character who has a pretty cool power that Isn't to over the top. Anyways can you get this novel out of trial, it's kind of fire, and I want more.

Read the machine translation after reading first 50 chapters on webnovel. The book is cool for the first few chapters, about "200", after which it becomes about greed, self importance and bias. Am referring to the character here, of the main lead. So, from a personal choice I can only say the first part was cool, felt a little bit like a "lord of mysteries" kind of literary exploration but after which it's just crap, repulsive and predictable.

It the usual without greed you won't progress, without being childish it you are insecure, without having a distorted view of the world, the world is not suitable for you. [Also noted as : greed, self-importance and bias].

As for why the rating is 4 stars, it truly is 4 stars despite being a crap novel, actually 3 and a half stars but there is no half star, so there you have it.

It has game elements and a system. MC is cunning and gives off Devil's Cage kinda vibes. His power is pretty cool too. He gets points which can make his abilities better when he eats monsters. Written really well.
Some places made me feel that translation could've been a bit better. Otherwise it's really good.

A very entertaining novel with a great story concept. It is a bit shaky when introducing the MC starting point in the beginning chapters however it becomes addictive as you progress in chapters. The style is quite similar to 'The city of Terror'. It is a highly recoomendable read.

Great character that was quick to grab you mind and keep you wanting to read more with a fast paced plot. With a alternate world and monsters it was easy to keep wanting to read more to find out what would happen next to our main character.

This is a unusually story but it gets more additive as you read more you wants more as if you are one with the they story can't wait for more

I really hope they revive this novel and it get chosen for real this is a great novel and they did in no justice leaving it hanging like this

It feels like the writer took Kiran from end of the devil's cage and put him in a new world. Like with Kiran, I expect him to gain everything, lose almost nothing, and eat whatever he sees. It feels great and as one of the smartest MC's, even though there might be a lack of impulsiveness might be slightly sad, you'll never truly see the plot armor. This I love, from there my love.

This is one hell of a great nove, I can't wait for it to be lunched. It is similar to the devil's cage except that jason is more like a mix of Kieran and gluttony which you should have guessed from the title, they have the same leveling system except that jason get points when he eat monsters which he can use to power up his skills or learn new ones and he smells an attractive aroma when he is near dead monster body and if the meat of the monster isn't fresh he gets a lower number of points which like force him to kill them or be near the scene to maximize his benefits, oh and i forgot that he is basically immortal as long as he has enough points to heal himself. All right I will say no more you better pick this up since this is a gem

Why isn't this book released out of trial read? Author's another book The Devil's Cage is quite popular here and for a reason. This novel is quite good, do give it a read. Fast paced, action pack with wits, magic and alternate world settings. I haven't yet read the raws or mtl so I don't know about the later chapters but the ones translated are really entertaining. Give it a shot and hope that it's picked up soon.
