Review as of chapter 14.

Alright i have been following the story since the very beginning .
Now let's get some basics out of the way it''s a very well written story with amazing descriptions and fights.
Though there are some grammmatical mistakes they have been reducing as we progress.
Moreover i noticed the auhor has corrected many of them.

What i love about the novel the most is the protagonist if i have to compare him with some that can only be our beloved FANG YUAN from RI.

Now don't get me wrong there are diffrences like how Long Chen can feel kinship.

But the qualities that  make them similar are.

1)Ambitious - Both Fang Yuan and Long Chen are very ambitious so you won't get your average Jiang Chen which has no shred of ambition whatever.
Long Chen unapologetically pursuing his goals is a breath of fresh air.

2)They are both evil and they know it.
A lot of protagonist like Su Zimo from ESK or Long Chen from NSBHA appear to be ruthless. IMO they are kinda okay.
The author also tries to make them look the good guy by making the villains as humanely despicable as possible.

That's not the case with Long Chen if you stand in his way you are a goner.
He is by no means a hypocrite and understand the laws of jungle.

3)They both feel like they are in control.
The last point is a bit hard to explain but lemme just say this no mc like Fang Yuan or Long Chen appear to be in complete control of the situation.

It also stems fromt their arrogance that all the people around them are beneath them and mere chess pieces for them to manipulate.

All in all author you better don't give up this masterpiecce.

This novel has one of the best world building ever.

Not only do characters appear real and lifelike , but they are also moderately intelligent.

For  e.g how should the talentless son of clan leader be treated ? Most novels would bully him to death but guess here he(The predessor of MC is is the bully.

Their rival clans have reasons to suppress them and it's not the mindless kill the mc on sight syndrome.

Moreover despite MC being arrogant he doesn't antagonize everybody rather  he makes both allies and enemies.

It's also foreshadowed for him to cooperate with the black market..
Which is the kind of unscrupluos behavior i absolutely love.

Alright this is my first detailed review ever.
This review is until CHAPTER 39.
First of all i am regular reader of this book and have been starting this from the beginning.

Writing Quality- The writing quality is great, there are some grammatical mistakes but the author regularly corrects them. The fluidity of the dialogues and scenes flows really well. The vocabulary is also quite fitting.
Character Design- The characters are hella unqiue and quirky, everyone has their own desires and appear to be full of life. Author also includes slice of life moments to make them appear more alive.
Updates stabilty- Not the best tbh although in the last week it has been 1ch/day.
World Background- Probably one of the best ever. It is extremely well fleshed out and has many layers to it. At the same time there are no info dumps we slowly get all the relevant info.
Even a simple city get's enough development.
Plot- Very strong and mysterious. It does not fall into the trap of cockroach and predictable villains. The characters have selfish motivations so dont expect saving the world nonsense.
Protagonist- The protagonist is like no other but if i have to describe him in simple terms think of like an immortal senior reincarnated as a mortal. A regular old immortal i mean.
All in all this is one of my top 5 stories on this platform.
Author sama dont you dare drop this beauty.

Not to toot my own horn but this is a really well-thought story with immense world-building and character design.
I hope you can excuse the not so impeccable grammar in the first couple of chapters.
The writing style improves as the story goes on trust me on this one

Though it sounds like it would be a good story I was confused once I saw that before he had transmigrated, he had been betrayed. Then in the synopsis tags and says " -lifetime companions" and "-no loner mc". This actually threw me off from wanting to read, how would you have an mc who's been betrayed by his closest friends and killed by them, reincarnate as a spoiled young master and have him go and still look for lifetime friends and not be a loner mc

Nothing Seems Cringe, Story flows smoothly without logical flaws and disturbing immersion by something stupid. MC and Other Character Personalities are good as it is. The pace of story is superb , without filler and fast paced but not too much fast paced. World-Building is Simple yet Mysterious and things and clans are shown step by step.

Wish Well to this Book, this should get more Views.

Well I don't have anything to say except that you should absolutely give a try to this novel. Its amazing

My first time reading something of this genre, I would like to say, the author has done a really good job here.
The writing has became better by every chapter.
So, it's a thumbs up for me.

For the love of god finally a cultivation MC.who is actually ambitious .
I dont know whats up with these chinese mcs that remove all semblance of ambitoon from the MC

This is a real gem here . The readers feels the emotional devloment of the mc and even in the first few chapters it really hits diffrent ..................

4 stars because you failed to discribe some of the scenes which caused me to have a hard time imagining things but over all it's good
