the story was pretty good up until the sale. it's like Alex suddenly became an idiot and lost his IQ and was super easy to get seduced. it's actually so frustrating. the same thing has been happening over and over with Linda, and it's kinda dumb how normally he can see his way out of traps when he can't see such a simple trap. Linda in my honest opinion has no character development and no motive. should have just made her the real villian innstead or randomly putting in political struggles with no real meaning.

This is just another trash novel. It's one of those stories written by authors who want to make quick cash. There is a lack of common sense, quick tempered MC , dimwits of other characters among other other features of trash novels. Plus it has one thing I truely hate,a combination of technology in martial world.

i want to read it  but its just frustratingly slow so slow that it discourages me to read like nothing interesting is happening even if the interesting thing is coming the prior dialogue and monologue just frustrates me

Writing quality is above average, story development is predictable and there was some plothole probably to rewrite, character design is meh because not choosing intelligence since this world INT also equal to IQ, supposedly slowed down enemy movement and increased thought process to do multiple spells at once... but dexterity...makes him have faster thought process which is illogical...the stat to real life application is bad... if MC become genius because INT is high then i might quit.

although this kind of plot is common but i still like reading this kind of story
