Soul Ascension - Reviews

As  a fan of MMORPG novel, i am more or less biased toward this novel.As of now there are only 15 not much can be said.One thing to note is MC is OP right now. Also pace of this novel is very very fast so it gives little time to get attached to the characters and this world.NOTE: this review is only up to 15 chapters.

This book has a lot of pros but the cons have started to outweigh then IMO.I have read until chapter 250 so I can say objectively that the story has a lot going for it story wise but when you pad your word count on literally every single chapter with a notice not to pirate, which will happen regardless, then I lose trust in your integrity as an author. (I understand not wanting your hard work to be given away for free but I shouldn't have to pay for your insecurity.)Second, filler chapters and filler content to pad the word count... With the amount of information that is nonrepetative in the 250 chapters I read you could have gotten the message across in half that number.That said, I do enjoy the concept and ideas you have but they need to be executed more efficiently.(Yes I understand that most webnovels are padded with repetition and filler but that doesn't make it right, does it?)With some slight tweaking and focusing more on story development rather than useless banter between characters then this story could be great.

I could only get in a couple a chapters before i had to stop.  Alot of inconsistencies and the name of his helper just kinda killed it for me.  Maybe it gets better but i had to stop before that.

First of all, reading the synopsis rose the zeal in me to read the main story.I really enjoyed my read, the story has so much potentials.Plus I love the theme?

Would have been great if the author was someone else. The story has potential but is horribly rushed by the author. The grammar is awful and confusing. Half the time you don’t know who’s talking because there are no clues. The mc himself seems really dumb and useless. The whole story is trash and although I get what the author is trying to do it’s poorly executed.

I am really enjoying reading Mark’s story! I love the world building and all the details and visuals provided. I cannot wait to see more of the specialty blacksmithing process and how Mark’s relationship with the other villagers progresses.
