The leaders of different races decided to hold a conference at the island of Cheslier within the Brinear Ocean to the east, it was called the Treaty of Treachery. The agenda had a formal agreement and equal cooperation with other races. Instead of forming a pact of peace and concord, the intense arguments and heated debates on discussion became out of hand and enmity between races grew into hostility and aggression.
