After the 'touching' moment between the Hokage and Naruto, he was dragged into the council room as the Hokage called an emergency meeting. Inside the room was Shikaku Nara, Inoichi Yamanaka, Hiashi Hyuuga, Danzo, the civilian councilmen, and some other clan heads and shinobi councilmen. A civilian councilman spoke up "Hokage-sama, why were we called at such short notice? And who is this person next to you?" Hiruzen scanned the room before simply saying, "I will answer your second question first, This is Naruto Uzumaki, due to an unlocked bloodline that manifested on his last mission, his body became like this." He said giving the same explanation Naruto gave him before he continued. "To answer your first question, I called you all here due to the fact I am enacting the Clan Restoration Act on Naruto Uzumaki to allow him to become the head of the late Uzumaki Clan and he will be granted a spot on the Shinobi Clan council." There were shock and surprise on some faces and others were murmuring as Danzo spoke up suddenly. "Hiruzen, are you saying that thing is worthy of being a clan head? What qualifications does he have?" Hiruzen glared at his former comrade and friend as he spoke sternly "His qualifications, are that he is the son of the Yondaime Hokage, Minato Namikaze and The Uzumaki heiress, Kushina Uzumaki." Danzo's uncovered eye widened as the room went completely silent before a pink haired woman from the civilian council side scream in an all to familiar banshee voice "IMPOSSIBLE! THERE IS NO WAY THAT DEMON IS THE SON OF THE BENEVOLENT YONDAIME-SAMA!" The entire room cringed as Naruto looked dead into the more mature version of the forehead bitch. "Thank you for the compliment Bitch-san, but I hate to break it to you but I am the flesh and blood of your Yondaime-sama, and no matter how much you kick, scream, and cry, it will never change."
