He feels that the history of the world has become 'somehow' distorted or someone interfered with it.I believe that he just doesn't bother looking up to history books, since such history books would be obviously more distorted than the current magic system. And if what the history book says is true, it would still not help since he does not have a way to prove it's true. It would just be detrimental to his progress, his real goal in his reincarnation, which is to get stronger.So no, He does not have a low Iq, since he would be capable of doing complicated magic and the like such as speculating of how the magic system off the current era came to be.Eq?
