Lin is probably either the most stupid smart person or the most intelligent idiot I've ever seen, I get that making him seem weak and vulnerable in some cases is just another way to make the character seem more relatable as it references the Imperfect nature of man, no one can truly be 100% smart all the time, but true wisdom is not about being smart and right all the time but being able to tell when you're being foolish, for a guy who claims to be the most intelligent person of the current era he finds himself, he's constantly proving himself wrong, he's so irritatingly idiotic right now, writing this comment was the only way I could vent my anger, either that or I write myself into the story and bitch slap some sense into him. p.s cool story though, nice stuff
