Pretty good novel, but it gradually gets more complicated and messy, then it gets even more messy as it tries to resolve some of the mess/plot holes/complaints. The author definitely puts a lot of thought and effort into the novel and looks at comments and feedback, but tries to do too much and eventually got lost in all of the stuff they were trying to juggle at once. Maybe I'm being too quick to drop it, but I skimmed some chapters to try and get past this filler/mess to get back to the good story, but it never did. Dropped on ch 279

This is by far one of the best light novels I've read. Each character feels unique and has their own growth over the corse of the story. No two fights are the same and everything flows very smoothly. The world is quite fascinating as well with the way every is setup.. You have your wins and your losses through out the story. The characters felt very realistic with the emotions they show as opposed to the normal overbloated genius ego MCs typically have.If you have not read this story, I highly recommend you do.

It's a good story, with long chapters and a great way of delivering the feelings that every character has, and giving every character it's own chance to shine.Love it

The setting is interesting and what's happened so far has just been building up more and more suspense for what looks to be an interesting story.

If you have never read a typical Chinese trashy story, this novel might be an eye opener for you.The world background is poor.The characters are one dimensional.Girls are non existent, just pretty trophies that are bound to fall for the MC. Warning about Sexist content.Young masters and their stupid clans will antagonize the MC for lame reasons only to get humiliated and destroyed.The plots are not well planed, instead they revolve around the same bad guy archetype that appear out of nowhere, ask to be slapped in the face then disappear while the MC is depicted as bad-ass.Since this story seems to be built with crafting and game element in mind, you would expect something from it. No. The MC is OP from the start without real need for items to boost his strength so if he ever craft some OP items, it will just go from Easy difficulty setting to super easy.Worse, the ingredients, i mean the super rare type/impossible to find, are now appearing out of thin air in front of the MC.To sum it up, in just 22 chapters this story has already laid solid foundation for a totally garbage story that have no real goal but to use the same boring setting again and again.And, of course, the MC personality is garbage as well but described as super cool by the author. He is a complete moron that never stop to think but is described as a genius. The illusion might work because all the bad guy are dumb to the extreme.The game system part is fake, this is just another typical piece of junk that Chinese seems to love.
