This book is I don't know what to say other than average cliche and done a million times with a different occupation- but the problem is the author seemingly can't say names and so every character Non-han is 'Ethnic Minority #1-#2, etc' And to top it off its filled with racist remarks and annoying mid paragraph character thoughts that seemingly want to get to the end of the chapter so you then read the next chapter. I'm pretty sure this will go Premium at an insanely high price but it's not worth it. It's trying to be IRAS but doesn't come close and this book causes mere shame upon the Zhang Family.

I don't get the rating for this novel. I was originally quite interested but now I decided to drop it after 270 chapters. The reasons ?
-too much non sense, paragraph after paragraph of useless grabish, and not related to the story, not even interesting to read either.
-the character almost never stand up for himself and let everyone make decision for him.
-the system is barely mentioned, after the beginning, almost 230 chapters without the system getting anything.

Well basically it's not even fun to read anymore, 5% of the chapter is related to the story, so basically you read 1 paragraph for 1 chapter, the MC is annoying, the story is annoying, the only good thing is his GF but even then their relation is too slow paced.
That is sad that the author is so bad at writing a story cause the overall story isn't bad, but the way it is developed and written make it impossible to keep going.

I am loving this novel I like doctor novels and systems with the two combined it makes an altimate novel in my opinion hahhahahahahahahahaha

This novel is not deserve to be called system or level type novel. If you name genius doctor type this novel more like that way. System or level type novel has a charts that show us status what did he do more specific and i can imagine more easily but this novel is not showing anything. Visual ascept zero numeric aspect zero how did this deserve novel system or level tag. If you want to read doctor novel good to be go for it but if you are looking for system and level novel than i do not recommend this novel.

I discovered this novel searching through the new releases and i tried it, and to my surprise i really liked it immediately.

I recommend this novel To all the fans of novels about medicine, doctors and main character who one day receive a System.

Try it too and you Will love it too.

It's a fast paced story, the "system" is more of a 3rd wheel as in it's not really there for the story it's for the mc. I do however enjoy the plot even if there are some plot holes in the first couple chapters.

One of the worst novels Ive read. The positiv is the world description. Otherwise, complete and uther garbage. There really is no logic in the MC persona, after 6 chapters the ^world^ isntbreally described. The system  isnt really a system with interaction, the MC just knows through the system. . The plot (if there really is one) is so full of holes you can drive a truck through it.
