I thought they make novel about lucia in PGR -,- what a disappointment

If the summary of a novel is so long yet fails to 'summarise', then you know this is by far one of the worst things ever written.
I wasted a few hours cuz I wanted to give it the benefit of doubt. But sadly...
I don't understand how people vote this 4 stars average
