It wasn't all that bad for the first 200-300 chapters, but the quality quickly deteriorates after that. There were several intriguing plot directions I was eager to see explored, but they weren't capitalized on, and the story began to drag. From around chapter 320 to at least 600-700, there's a significant lull where the main character (MC) is just hunting bosses, only to be repeatedly interrupted by other guilds trying to steal the kills or target him and his pet. The same scenario keeps repeating, with his pet, a succubus, warning him each time and then cheering him on, proclaiming he's the strongest. I couldn't be bothered to read through all those repetitive chapters and ended up skipping tens of them, but it seemed like the story was going nowhere. It's hard to believe how fast things took a downward turn. So much potential was wasted. This is one of the worst novels I've read in a long time, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
