Hello, I’m the author of this book and I’m leaving my review after 400 chapters. Ideally, I wanted to arrange my points into pros and cons but I know that pros and cons are subjective. So, I’ll be leaving it to each person to decide what is a pro and a con.-So far, the story is set in an alternate modern urban world, no different from ours.-Although the story is primarily about a group of soldiers with super abilities, it’s more than just the average shooting, fighting and killing you would probably be expecting from the genre. A lot of wit is employed by various characters; i.e. a lot of planning will go into the execution of their plans, etc.-The story subtly touched upon many different issues including political and socio-economic issues.-It tried to avoid coming off as nationalistic as much as possible so that we can all enjoy the personalities of the characters. It neither discriminates nor promotes any group over another. Everything will come from the outlook of the characters involved.-The special abilities of the characters don’t define them; instead, they’re just another tool in their toolbox. As a reader, characters who are defined by or totally dependent on their abilities sometimes put me off; take away their abilities and they become useless. I’m not saying it’s good or bad, just that personally I don’t like it hence I didn’t want characters in my book to end up as such.-If everything goes according to plan, the story will be long. Perhaps very long. It might also come off as slow-paced because of this. I tried to speed up the pace in places where I could and felt somethings were irrelevant.-Aside from the main military genre, the story explored many other genres as required to make the story as realistic and relatable as possible within the confines of fiction. -It tried to stay away from as many clichés as possible. Of course, I’m not ignorant of the fact that some clichés are unavoidable, perhaps even necessary.-The overall mood of the story is serious, sometimes dark. It doesn’t have much, if any, deliberate comedy. If there were, they were subtle and brought about by the interactions of characters based on their personalities. There are dark elements, a bit of gore, unpalatable ideologies and things like that. I try to downplay them though. In addition, I give warnings before such events. However, they are present as they are a part of the story so I want to inform you beforehand.-It should be obvious by now that I have a lot of ambitions for the book, even I am not sure of how much I can achieve. It's a passion work that I've put a lot of time into planning. How much I can achieve will depend on my knowledge and writing experience. I’ll be frank. I have zero prior experience in any art; talk less of writing. I’m learning as I go. Therefore, mistakes are unavoidable. I hope as I increase in experience and proficiency, these mistakes will reduce or be eliminated. That said I’m completely open to constructive criticism. I’m no stranger to the fact that the truth hurts but it’s also necessary for growth. So, please don’t hesitate to share your views with me. You can leave a comment or review. Depending on the success of the book and interactions from readers, I might create a discord channel for better interaction. All in all, I hope you give the book a try. I’m confident you’ll be hooked.

considering that current score is 4.94 for this trash translation, i put 1 star review. novel is ok, but translation is terrible. wrong translations, unfinished sentences, double paragraphs and probably some more mistakes that i havent noticed.  overall think that reading MTL may give better reading experience.

Idea of the story is intriguing but the English really diminishes the quality significantly. What's more, there's way too much dialogue and the fact that exposition is not used to describe what is going on also makes it a pain to read.If your character is tired, then describe how he is tired, not say "*in a tired voice*" and be done with it, that's just lazy and unprofessional. There's also no indication of who is speaking most of the time so you're left wondering who is talking and the lack of exposition also makes the characters look boring. I'm here to read a story, not to uncover the mysteries of what you're writing. If I have to spend extra effort to understand what you're writing, then I might as well not read it.
