This novel has the usual plus point of the author which is the characters he create and the feelings they express. The negative of this novel is that the world building of this novel is a complete mess and the translator's translation quality is a bit lacking.

The best part of this novel is its quick flow.
Many readers and reviewers have already commented on the lack of Scientific or even Pseudo-Scientific  knowledge displayed by the author.
The lack is quite glaring, and difficult to ignore. Exceptional perseverance is needed to gloss over the nonsensical 'Scientific' bits.
World building should be viewed with astigmatic lenses. Too much focus would highlight the obvious mismatched and illogical details.

So yes! The novel isn't much, but it can be enjoyed by lightly reading without too much emphasis on details. So the quick flow pacing of the plotlines and 'actions' is a major plus for this novel.

Translator does good work. Praise him. The Work is **** though. While I understand a story has to have a start to grow from way too many people have pits in heads to force clichéd agravating 'plot' threads.

The Mc doesn't think like a human. He's egoistic to a self sabotaging insane extreme only to suddenly randomly give a damn. At dumb point.

He can't seem to understand on a basic level the ideas of reputation or standardized credentials despite having trained as a doctor and so repeatedly fucks up trying to get hired. Only for the poor people looking for a doctor to faf about in guilt for rejecting him when he looked exactly like a quack and scammed and couldn't answer relevant medical questions. Then the narrative expects us to laugh at them. So agravating.

He essentially wasted strategic resources that might have save his family.

I'm really hoping those 3 chapters actually meant for 1 day. 3 chapters/day instead of 3 chapters/week. Just imagine waiting a month to get only 12-13 chapters...

Although goose five did a fairly good job with immortal mortal, I'm really disappointed with this book.
It completely lacks direction, I can't relate with the plot or logic, the mc personality lacks depth and doesn't leave a lasting impression. The plot would have been great but it was rushed and there's still a lot of things to explain like, why do cultivators need planes, how come a sixteen year old is the greatest doctor in the entire kingdom. What kind of person expresses grief by ransacking is own corpse so wantonly and why would a rift just suddenly appear after a "rich" kid was digging herbs and found a rock which makes him get struck by lighting. IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!!!!!!

I don't know what this is. The clear descriptions are all over the place and nothing seems to be stable. Maybe it will become a good story but my head has hurt enough because I just want to be lazy and read an easy to follow story

The story just jumping around. The world building not clear. The characters attitude and choice are confusing and contradict. Dropped. U will not find any logic in it, and everything just contradict like author forget the previous chapter when making a new one
