My Powerful Villainous System - Reviews

The greatest parts of blacksmithing/crafting stories is watching the character struggle, learn, gain experience, and finally succeeding in something amazing. It’s satisfying to watch that process of growth.This story doesn’t have that. He failed 1000 times to activate his system, then after it was activated, he didn’t struggle at all. Every sword was pretty much a success, with little info on what was going on. It seems as if everything is working out fine for him with little experience.Not that great of a read, and rather dull with basic drama.

100/10 would recommend, this book is right next to shadow slave when it comes to my favorite books. This author is too talented

They are deleting every 1 star review cuz "they all are trolls and aren't really doing reviews" but don't do anything to the hundreds of 5star reviews that don't say why they put max stars.Because of the unfairness of this website now only the high rated reviews are there, this novel had a score of 2.8 stars and overnight it became 4.4..

Story itself is good. But protag? My god, he's one of the dumbest bastards you'll ever get to see. One moment he does something incredibly stupid, next chapter author gives an actually good explanation for why that happened...only for mc to immediately do something even more retarded for absolutely no reason. Prepare yourself for endless frustration if you choose to read the novel, might wanna brew some camomile tea first to keep your blood pressure in check.

Obviously this isn't finished so I can't give it a comprehensive review, but so far the story is quite endearing. The title made me think that there would be a system that literally used apocalypses or something, but the system ended up being surprisingly tamer than that. It's definitely a "weak to hero" type of deal, which is nice in its own way. The pacing is a little off and the worldbuilding seems to be rushed in, but that's of little fault on the author's part considering he/she has only had a few short chapters to get things going and developed. The grammar is a little shoddy at times, but the story is definitely readable. Overall, I would say this story has potential and draws upon many of the common elements that make a cultivation story a popcorn read.

Really like the concept. It's very interesting to know the various place and about their cultural history. This nova is very useful for travelers who want to get overall idea of the location at the same time
