Finally!A satisfying Fan-fic , Even I think that Naruto is clearly brainwashed by Third. Not to mention he never really reached his full potential ,Even during the Timeskip between Naruto and shippuden  , all he mastered were shadow clone and Rasengan. He got the brute force of his upgraded again and again.
Uzumaki Chakra+ Senjutsu chakra+ Nine tails chakra + Sos paths chakra . All of these made his chakra potent and lethal.
Not to mention he never really realised he was brainwashed about the village even after he learnt who his parents were.

And I read your Fan-fic about Sasuke and yeah , I too share the same view , Though I also have other idea like I always wondered what would happen if Sasuke completely forgot about Itachi.
