The translator is a little lazy and the editor (if there is one) isn't pointing out the inconsistencies. A porcupine as a boar and even is called a boar at one point but is often called a porcupine... Lots of little things like that.
The author doesn't seem to know what their doing at the start and just kind of dumps stuff on us without any clear goal. Gets better though as the author seems to figure out what their trying to do. By chapter 20 the story is mostly readable and is fairly enjoyable. I question the direction of the story and suspect many undesirable choices will be made in the stories development... but unless I see that I'm hopeful that it'll turn out to be a decent story though with WebNovel's track record that hope is questionable.
