Miracle-Working Doctor in the Mountain Village - Reviews

This story definitely has it’s moments. The first few chapters were a bit sluggish to wade through, but it’s passable.  Most of my negative experience from this is a run on sentence or laughably unedited chapters. There are some definite highlights within here, but it is locked behind some content that most would stop at. Should give this a read if you have seen your fair share of some pretty sluggish intros.-Spoilers!-The most egregious of the unedited chapters is when Chrome attacks the starting city.  In chapter 38 - Unaltered quote from this scene, “ charged forward in a soeed thatvwasn’t seen yet and their jumping abilities and used them and their fearlessness to jump ...” This scene instantly broke any semblance of immersion I had . I would definitely recommend either a proofreader, grammerly, or an editor.-Spoiler end!- In the end, this is a decent novel that has a sluggish start and needs a editor of some kind to fix some basic problems. Probably will stop reading at chapter 62 as the author put some pretty obvious soon to be romance into the thing. But that’s just personal preference.Not meant to be rude to the author or anything, but some proofreading will help the novel a lot.

Writing Quality is little good. But, many parts of story doesn't make any sense. Power revealing parts are all over the place.When he was level 2( with stats at level 6) he kills a beast and says it was a level ten beast. In one chapter he was like level 10 and later chapters he becomes level 25. There were no plots in between.I don't say it was bad, but it was not particularly good either.

The story has a nice pacing and it's interesting to read. I like the concept of the story a lot and the world building is pretty solid. Good Work!

Lazy writing with countless mistakes. Obvious that English isn't the author's first language. Information/exposition dumped unskilfully from the onset of the story instead of lightly sprinkled throughout the beginning of the story ruining any chance of blooming a sense of intrigue. Horrible naming sense such as the beast continent named Bestia etc. Extremely clichéd, archetypal characters, where the pretty girl takes interest on the MC for nothing worth mentioning. Guns is a magical world as marginal originality in an otherwise  completely original story base. Also the character descriptions are very thorough but bland. MC doesn't start as overpowered but it's painfully obvious that he will be soon so say goodbye to any tension that could have been bred.

Most people knew that regular humans couldn't learn multiple affinities other than the ones they were born with. While they could cast ones outside of their affinities, the cost of mana and probability of something going wrong sky rocketed like there was no tomorrow.
