This story is quite good, it's all about power struggles in politics. It's like Game of Thrones. Consipracies and schemes are like strings of webs that connects each other towards to a certain goal—a fight for the throne. I quite pity Thales, he's stuck on a this game of chess. His life is always in danger, because of his bloodline that runs deep in his bones. He was forced to take the responsibilities and he can't just abandoned it—as his identity as the last heir of the kingdom—his vital role will affect the kingdom's future, and its citicizens. There are many twists here also, as it's said Fantasy, so there are superpowers involved. I remember a saying that—"History is written by victors"—heh, very true.Though I'm fascinated by schemes in politics especially that involves nobles like in the times of Middle Ages, there are cons here. Our MC is a transmigrator so it's normal that he has memories from previous life, but there are too many unnecessary jargons, like he remembered the teaching on his prostgraduate course. It doesn't even played a role or purpose, honestly. This book is quite too detailed when writing a fight that can last to 4-5 chapters more or less. And, if my memory doesn't betray me, almost within a hundred chapters—2/3 weeks or one month had passed! Yeah, very strenuous.I appreciate the authors detialed explanation of geographies, histories, lists of nobles, territories, etc. But hey! This book will bombarded you of many names and information to the point you can't keep track on what's happening. You can't or it's hard to distinguish who is who. Unless you have a big brain. The author won't let you digest or rest because in another few chapters, another thing will happen. Yeah, too much information of history and the world. It's very detailed to the point that one scheme or action scene will last atleast 10 chapters. If you read and used to these kinds of genre then it's quite easy to comprehend or predict each scheme, honestly. But some of them is quite hard too and it's enough to hold your interest to read, but the downside is if you have enough patience to read an excruciating and long detailed scheme though. That is all, hoping to have more updates.
