Pretty confusing at first, author did not state MC power directly but foreshadow it. Overall, easy to read, easy to understand, good world building, simple power system, lovable MC, good side characters, good antagonists, slow to super slow (focus on world building), a good ending (author decided to stop the story at the perfect time, not too soon and not too late),
My honest feeling: Definitely a chinese novel, but not exactly a chinese novel, it is just unique
My honest feeling2: If you are not a fan of super slow story, do not ever think about reading this sh*t, it will burn you brain low and slow

I think he did, though not explicitly. I think it was when he said something about the only wish he cannot grant is the wish to change "him". I can't remember the exact statement and which chapter.
