A few weeks pass as Ziya, Chris and Judy live in secrecy in the city. Gregory, Micheal and Tyler split up from the team and go elsewhere as the rest collect weapons and make a plan. Eventually, the day came when they executed their plan. Ziya shows up alone, in front of the government building that Governor Floyd was currently in at the time. Ziya casually walks up to the gate, breaks the gate open with large metal cutters, and walks up to the garbage disposal outside of the building. A flurry of guards run out of the building and aim their guns at her, but couldn't recognize her with the heavy clothes she was wearing. Ziya walks up to the garbage, reaches in and grabs a red trash bag that they had planted there from over the fence earlier that day, and rips it open. As Ziya turns to the guards, she aims two submachine guns at the guards, and starts running and firing at them. Wave after wave kept coming for her, lining up a defense and shooting her down. However, Ziya kept getting back up every time. Ziya fought, killed and ran her way through the building, all the way to the top floor. She made it there quickly before Dylan Floyd was able to make his escape. Ziya barges into the room with Floyd and quickly shot down all of the guards, purposefully missing Floyd. As Floyd tries to cower in fear, Ziya drops her guns, walks up to the governor, and lifts him into the air by his neck. He turned red, and was unable to speak as he flailed and struggled for air. Ziya stares this man in the eyes with a malicious intent as she takes the hood of her jacket off of her head. Once Floyd saw her face and hair, he immediately recognized her. However, he couldn't speak. Ziya continued holding Governor Floyd by the neck as she stares deep into this man's eyes, squints, then says in a low growl "Game over" and then snaps his neck with one hand.
