Well I don't understand the common sense here. Give him 1 million special agents in secret? Why? According to common sense government would contact such scientist and pay him salary and all things without hiding for such target. I don't find any reason to hide things from MC. The plot doesn't make sense.     All plot is doing is creating typical face slapping atmosphere for MC. Well please explain me if I am wrong.

Ok so, the main character all sorts of moronic doesn't know basic military knowledge not that I expect that. Second doesn't know how to run a little city and makes decisions that could possibly harm it's citizens. Out you want a novel that's like this but better go read Lord's Empire it's amazing at this type of genre and the harem genre in it is played well and isn't very cliche.

Its okay, though needs more chapters as 60 really aren't enough to fully immerse in the story though sadly it might've dropped from the trial read which is very regrettable
