This is indeed a delightful and touching narrative. Little Tong's character starts off with innocence, and as the story progresses, he matures into a strong individual. The promise they make to reunite in the afterlife is both comforting and emotionally uplifting. I appreciate the translator's diligent efforts.

The main characters are endearing and innocent, but not foolishly so. The male lead is an average guy, and I must admit, I get annoyed with him occasionally too, but it's hard to dislike him. The storytelling is delightful and well-paced.

Your writing is exceptional! It truly captures the essence of the journey towards humanity, self-discovery, and the challenges of fitting into a predominantly heterosexual society when in love with someone who is also straight. The characters felt so relatable, and their story touched my heart. Xing Tong's character was particularly endearing, and the conclusion was both fulfilling and satisfying. This is an outstanding narrative; I wholeheartedly give it a 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend it.

This is an unreservedly positive endorsement of a delightful, light-hearted, and charming short novel. The writing is exceptional, striking a perfect balance in every aspect for its concise narrative. Despite having fewer details compared to a more extensive story, it still manages to provide a satisfying and complete reading experience. The translation is outstanding, truly adding to the enjoyment.

I initially found the story quite charming, particularly during the initial chapters. However, I felt that the portrayal and progression of the romance was lacking. The connection between the main characters seemed more like dependency than genuine love. To elaborate, I believe that the little tree hadn't spent enough time as a human to fully comprehend romantic love. On the other hand, Xing Lie's attachment seemed more of an adjustment to keep the little tree close rather than a natural falling in love.

Although it's a brief tale, it was both adorable and emotionally engaging. Frankly, I believe this shorter story shines compared to those with over 100 chapters where the characters lack depth or exhibit excessive possessiveness and control. I wholeheartedly endorse this novel; it's a delightful and heartwarming read. I rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. The translation is exceptional. Kudos to the translators for their excellent work!

"I began binge-reading immediately! Initially, the main character (MC) might come across as a bit young for the mature male lead (ML), but their pairing eventually feels suitable. The story has a heartwarming and slightly melancholic tone, and the plot is fresh and original. The translation is excellent, making it a delightful read. Many thanks!"
