I found the narrative intriguing, as the author gave a unique Chinese twist to a vampire theme, which felt quite refreshing. Although the main characters, the MC and ML, were not particularly appealing to me at times – they seemed immature and somewhat annoying, particularly during their misunderstandings, which was unusual for a typical Light Young Love Quadrangle (LYQH) story. Despite these shortcomings, the book provided a lighthearted read with minimal angst and plenty of humor, making it a decent recommendation overall.
