Looks like this has a better translation than the other reviews indicate. Not sure if something changed since they left their reviews or what. Overall, it seems like a pretty good story. I find the MC to be really entertaining. Yes, there is a system, but I think the MC's personality so far at least makes it interesting. Same with many of the other characters especially the sect leader.

1 star for TL quality. They changed the mc's name, from Chen Mu to Cory. It sounds very cringe to hear this in a cultivation novel. Also, this book is very boring to read. The only good thing about this book is the concept where the MC can increase his strength by staying near the place where people fight. Other things are very very boring.

The system is not OP, and MC shown a lot of wit in every plot progression. Plot armour is not even easily earned, he got it through a rather interesting plan.

Lastly, the novel comedic is fueled by characters with brain unlike the other novel.

This is certainly underrated.

Been wanting some more Xianxia novels so I hope this is picked.

Although the cheat isn't something exactly original, the author as up to 20 chapters has managed to make the story not seem cliche compared to other novels of this style and seems to fleshing out a unique story which I quite enjoyed.

If the author keeps up this quality and doesn't fall into a repetitive loop this could be a a very good novel.

I love this novel. Its very enjoyable. MC's and sect elders trying to benefit from eachother is very interesting. I hope this gets picked too.
