Xi Le, a former doctor from the modern world, awakens in a new body in a reality steeped in Lovecraftian horror. The sky is dominated by a permanent Crimson Moon that induces madness and fuels the rise of occultism. Although he retains his medical profession, Xi Le struggles to adapt to a world where monsters and mysticism are commonplace. His confusion deepens when he discovers that he can perceive miniature cities and tiny human beings residing in his home, appearing on everyday objects like water glasses and refrigerators. These tiny civilizations are exact replicas of the world he inhabits, scaled down to an incomprehensible degree.
