The saddest moments revolved around the portrayal of their fathers, highlighting how un deserving they were to have such amazing daughters like Chi Tang and You Yu.

I left the story feeling an immense love and affection for these girls, spending hours daily to delve deeper into their dynamics. I was eager to witness their character development and the revelation of their feelings beyond friendship, as well as the novel's conclusion.

However, I must mention that the translation had some shortcomings, with inconsistent pronoun usage (switching between she/her and he/him) and narrative perspective shifts (from third to first person), which occasionally disrupted the flow. If you're considering reading, be aware that this might be a point of concern for you.
