I want to give this a good score, but i just can't since everything is just copied from the version on wuxiaworld.
Although this one has more chapters at first look, the chapters here are just smaller and some cut into pieces. If you want to read this please go to wuxiaworld and read it there and support the real translator and not some kind of copy paster.

Read this if you like a protagonist with a hero complex with a loli at your side. The plot armor saves this MC's ass constantly while he plays the hero.

This is an amazing story with so many great fantasy and sci-fi factors that at times you can forget the setting is the "real" world set in modern day. A lot of work had to go into this novel and you can really tell. Theres so much history and myth from around the world and not just mainstream but also the versions you cant easily find and connecting them with the real world in amazing ways.

My only problem with the novel is that the author seems to have stopped writing for quite some time.

Oh and if you read everything here and want to keep going ********** has more chapters out for this novel.

I don't normally do reviews but I just had to review this because while there aren't any issues with the novel itself or the translation quality. There is a major issue in that text has been removed from this one, text surrounded by brackets [example]. So starting with chapter five information that relates to skills and objects start appearing in those brackets, which can be easily checked. So you don't get the full experience of the novel on Qidian, to get the full translation in terms of quality read on Wuxiaworld. At least until they include missing text.

I'm a big fan of ww so don't get all angry. you do have to admit that qidian has a better website design to read then ww's. support ww and qidian.

MC is a brain dead retard with a hero complex made out to be smart and clever because 10% of the time he makes a decent choice or "remembered something I researched for a story".

The other 90% is spent with him freaking out over tiny problems and in general just being an idiot that feels the need to protect and save everyone, most of the time failing and literally fainting at the last stretch before being saved by whatever plot armor pops out of some little loli ass.

Would not recommend at all.

I dunno why the rating is so low,  this is an amazing novel if you want an action-filled tale that has a ton of game elements. The description makes the novel sound like slapstick but the MC is actually really smart and the MC and his group spend almost all of their time fighting for their lives so while there are definitely comedic moments its not all fun and games (far from it the MC started chain smoking due to stress lol). Anyway give it a read if you need a break from traditional cultivation novels

this is the story of a clever idiot.yup very very clever IDIOT.and he is also lucky goddesses most favorite that she always farts on his face when required.the story goes like this till now.the mc is very clever but he chooses to have a cute pet that helped him(which he got as a reward) than a strong pet even when he can die any seacond and he also meets random women(no matter who they are just being women is enough) and the women will get into trouble that can never be solved by MC and then MC will again become totally brainless at that moment and be like i will rather die for this random women i just met than leave her and then the lucky goddess is like "oh nooo! the brainless saviour of women is dying" and she will fart on his face which solves his problems and MC wins.most ridiculous story i read.if the story had even a little bit of common sense this idiot would definitely die many times in the beginning itself. dont read this if you dont want to waste your time on the story of another one of those lucky bastards

I've only read up until chapter 72 at this point but the translation is above average while the story, character design and world setting were quite enjoyable.  3/5 stars for update stability since this novel is newlly hosted at qidian and it has yet to earn more or fewer stars.
