This is indeed a heartwarming story for those seeking a break from the harsh realities of life. I hold this novel dear, and if I had to summarize it in one phrase, it would be: "A stranger's kindness is a priceless treasure, and it's up to the recipient to pass it on." That's how the connection between FL and ML unfolds. The story weaves their lives together through different timelines, where FL experiences hardship, and ML's kindness prevails, inspiring FL to extend kindness to others as well.

While some may find the idea of two perfectly good people falling in love clichéd, I believe this novel offers a much-needed escape from today's desensitized society. It serves as a reminder of the power of empathy and connection.

I wholeheartedly adore Pei Yan – he's the ML I admire next to Yu Tu from YAMG. If I were fortunate enough to encounter someone with a similar character, he'd be my choice. His genuine nature, warmth, and thoughtfulness are so rare in today's world, which makes him all the more special.

Please do give Pei Yan's story a chance. He's a gentleman with a charming wit, always smiling and approachable. You'll find him greeting you with a grin and a pat on the back, asking about your day, before checking if you need anything. He's simply a genuinely good person.
