Story is extremely good but The author's racism and hate against Muslims is so pronounced and offensive, it's such a good story but his extremely misinformed delusional hate on all Muslims can be clearly seen throughout, such a shame. ..

How can a male wife produce heirs???
As much I could understand, the male lead was going to die, his parents didn't wish for him to die single, and they acquired him a wife, for some weird reason the stock of single women was very low and they couldn't get their hands on one, so they got a feminine man and got him shackled with the male lead.
