In the far future, humanity has lost its title as the dominant species.
The earth is now home to demons and devils of the underworld, who’ve created societies that enslave and rule over humanity.
Humans are now seen as lesser creatures, born solely to serve the devils.
Meanwhile, demons treat humans like second-class citizens.
As tools.
But though all seems lost there is still a spark of hope.
They are whispers of a group viewed as disciples of light, who have power rivaling even the strongest devils.
They are called Keepers.
