Love the beginning?

These 5 star ratings are lies! Do not believe it. It is the worst novel on the voting pool in my opinion. You will understand what I mean when you read it. It is just so disappointing. The premise was very interesting, it is similar to Shadow Hack with two worlds and you would think it would be the advanced version of it. It is not. It is even worse in my opinion. The author added comedy to it and it just didnt work. It left bad impression.Also the body he occupied family relations was just too much. It was so awkward to read, he gave in too much for a family who think lowly of him and the MCs character is very naive and easy to sway type. Not a consistent character development. Also mentions of potential match with the sister who (spoiler alert) is not his real sister was just nasty. Do not reccomend it.

It starts off with an interesting premise and then turns into nothing but clichés.Fat best friend, top tier treasures hidden in cheap markets, cold girl who suddenly likes the protagonist after losing to him, poor parents who suddenly turn out to have hidden identities in the capitol, great treasures fighting for the chance to be picked up by him but turns out useless looking treasure was the strongest one there was, kills arrogant noble that turns out had a secret ability to tell his family about his killer, in a team tournament but doesn’t show up till team is almost defeated, plus many more.It’s as if the author has a madlibs of a generic novel and changed the names and abilities a little.Translation is also not great.  Names suddenly change all the time, measurements are all over the place(100 meters becomes 100 miles and then 100 kilometers or currency is in yuan or crystals or dollars)It’s a real shame that this novel couldn’t have been better.

if you like *incredibly* and totally insanely written amazing fight scenes then this is for you.the novel is written like its a western magic story but in a cultivation setting its actually a kind of fresh take on the genre imo and everything is explained in ways other cultivation stories don't even try to explain (more realistic and not to "info dump"-y). so far I might dare say this is starting to be one of the best cultivation stories out there!so yeah definitely worth reading!P.S. there are some smexy time scenes (only rarely tho) ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°)

That nobu cover is like an isekai summoning , you can't resist it , only honestly accept it.I just wanna ask , am i the only victime  here or what !!??

A nice change of pace from all the reincarnation and transmigration novels (which I enjoy, but can't have your fav meal every day for years).

My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, 'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.'. Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately. Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mother said to me- 'Don't ever smoke. Please don't put your family through what your Grandfather put us through." I agreed. At 28, I have never touched a cigarette. I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because this novel gave me cancer anyway.

I got nothing in reply. The receptionist was focused on what she was doing. She didn't look up for anything. Nothing even for the numerous times after I cleared my throat to get her attention. She just sat there, eyes glued to her screen and fingers to her keyboard. I started getting irritated. I didn't want to be here in the first place and now I had to go through this?

My mom was looking hostily to everybody in the room and shielding me. She probably thought I couldn't protect myself.
