Although the author’s wording is a little off—which I’m guessing because it’s their first novel and not native English speaking— the novel is very well written. The pacing is gripping and the way they tell the story actually had me invested as though I was dealing with it myself. It’s very emotional, there’s a perfect balance of thought process and descriptions. I absolutely adore just how much effort and imagination that put into this. I don’t think people should complain about the R that happens in the first chapter. The world is a dark place sometimes, and I feel it takes a lot of courage to explore this, for the MC to become the person they need to be to prevent other things from happening like this in the further.Great work!
