MC starts by climbing a mountain and selling magic rice for a high price, ok.

MC is pretty plain, and the system just outright bullies him. OK.

I mean seriously, I've seen around 5 other novels with the same premise, isekai->system->build up their shop/sect/force of their own.

So far they're all the same.

If someone has read further please let me know if something unique happens, I didn't bother paying fast-passes for this.

I’ve kept reading the MTL and just wow has ot gotten even worse. It’s become the shit where people try to kill the MC and the MC is like “virtue of life” yada yada and lets them go. What will happen because of this? Obviously more enemies will come.

There is just stupid trial after stupid trial because everyone looks down on the MC and the MC wants to prove himself to face slap everyone just like China wants to do in its dreams.

Pure garbage. I can’t think of a worse novel I’ve read in the past ten months. And I’ve read a lot of shit-tier novels on here.

There is a manga on this called "doomed to be king" the art is great and the manga too. there are subtle differences between the book and manga but to be honest i'd prefer the manga over the book on this one.

This story is kind of funny sometimes... Only sometimes... Characters suffer from brain retardness of maximum level. It's not complete shit like Lin fan novels. Considering release rate, it's better to read manga.
3 stars for both trans/stability of updates. 2 stars for story. It had great potential but... author couldn only create simple parody of wuxia. Characters? Please, no. Some of them are 1 dimensional... Even MC seems to be static. World background? Entire star for zero creativity.

Title and synopsis reminds me of that other trial read where the MC was a mountain bandits in a game world with players, and wiped out the tutorial village. Sadly that never got continued, wonder where this goes

Absolute garbage. Farily interesting for first 20 chapters, then devolves into the cliche, garbage-tier young master bullshit that has phased out 20 years ago.

It’s repetitive and mind numbing. Such a disappointment.
