The writing is terrible.

Wow, just wow!   How will April escape this?   Her innocence is captivating, and I’m loving every moment of the story.   Can’t wait to unlock more chapters and satisfy my curiosity.  Highly recommend!

Typical Chinese 0815 novel.The story is generic as it can be; lusting for power for no particular reason, having some op cheat which doesn't make sense, weird slapstick comedy, face-giving and -slapping and full of xianxia tropes which feel just unnatural. Clearly not written for western readers. Mediocre at best, I really don't get how this is so popular. Guess he'll bang his sister at one point and somehow people on WN like this stuff.

A fresh perspective on what is otherwise a stale genre. Hopefully the author will be able to increase the release rate. Can't wait for the next chapters.

The premise of the story is something I quite liked. Ofc there were some minor grammar error but those can be overlooked. The pacing and the way different perspective were written were fast and weird. Scenarios were shifting around rapidly without much context. But overall I really liked it quite a lot. Would love a bigger worldbuilding but it a short novel read and I enjoyed it really much.

The gray horse whinnied as if it was saying, "How's it going, Oliver?" Oliver stroked it on the mane.

There was a dumpster there it was empty so it was easy to pull around
