Chains Lifted: Her Second Act - Reviews

Like most Chinese novels I like it at the beginning but once the MC get to the point, he can interact at an international level it becomes highly racist.  The laid-back fishing cultivation novel quickly becomes your standard novel where everyone kills for the most minor benefits.  The MC even with having unlimited resources with his fishing well still fights the poor people on Earth slaughtering them for their scraps when he has zero need for them.He picks up an 11-year-old girl and teaches her cultivation but as they are leaving the planet she just dies randomly after 500 chapters of development for no reason.  I liked it at first but now I think any Chinese novel that takes place on Earth will be good in the beginning before eventually becoming a racist joke.

This novel's not my cup of tea. I don't mind some plot holes but this author writes sentences as if they were directed to kids. I can't stand reading that tone, as if mocking the readers.The introduced characters sometimes behave as if they were 5 reincarnated teenagers from modern world, not natives of the primitive world.

I don't think i have ever read a story with a dumber mc than this story. the title misleads you to believe someone with common sense will be in the story. Reading this so has cause my disappointment to be immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Many events happened with all enthusiasm, but I feel that the story began now with the writer's expansion in the world and the degrees of strength and the explanation of some new terms in the story.

There is absolutely no logic in here, so the family of the mc is exterminated vy the royal family and the stargaze family with a direct implication from anna stargaze the " love interest

OH-MY-FREAKING-GOD THIS NOVEL IS... BRUH... THIS IS A MASTERPIECE LOL... I started reading yesterday and oh my god, you can see me freaking out in the comments of almost all the chapters. You got me in the beginning. And hell yeah, Ann-nim, I'm shocked because when I started reading this yesterday it had only 9K and now it's almost 16K lol what the heck, congratulations. So, I loved the way you built the characters, really, I was theorizing like crazy about who the male lead truly was, you saw lol. The female lead it's... she's badass and it's easy to fall for her. Well, I really love the story and I'll be looking forward to seeing what will you do next. I hope you'll be to reach 1M, cuz you deserve it. The entire thing makes sense but I still want to figure out why sometimes he's incredibly powerful the next he's an underdog
