its a pretty good story up until around chapter 100ish, though obbiously it has issues. primarily, its how casually the MC can grow in strength, but i enjoyed it cause i like overpowered MCs. however, around chapter 100 it seems to change to an entirely different story. The MC goes from being a body refiner (thus having a strong and muscular body) to being thin and lanky. he goes from being an extremely acomplished alchemist to being incapable of making a basic fasting pill. he goes from being able to make pill after pill easily to making a single pill exhausting him. read at your own peril, it was a waste of my coins

Awesome! Im surprised, from the synopsis i thought that this novel would be like all the other "inside the VR game" novels. I also thought it would be a lot more light and breezy, like pokemon, but no. This novel is a lot more doomsday survival than pokemon. I dig it. The world background is also a lot more fleshy than the usual game novel. In a lot of game novels the authors have a tendensy to be so focused on character interaction and the interface that they forget(or dont bother) to take nature into account. Like temperature or muscle ache or smell. I wont say this novel does a perfect job of it, but its better than most. I will probably continue reading this one.

Ok, so before you judge a book by it’s cover, by it’s title, or even by it’s synopsis, and before you think “Oh no, a CN novel set in Japan”, stop. I can guarantee you that it won’t be like that. The author didn’t just go full throttle nationalistic bs on this book, it’s not like you would find it saying “CHINA NUMBA WOONNN!!!” every few lines, not even every few chapters. In fact, although there is just a tad bit of nationalism sprinkled in there, it’s not over the top, at most it’ll just be “Japan is the safest” or something like that. Not all stories are made by authors who are nationalistic and racist pieces of sh-, just keep that in mind. In fact, it seems like the author acually did his research before writing this novel. While reading this novel, you could also learn some fun and interesting facts I guess, for example, there was this japanese comedy series that spanned over decades long, totaling up to about 50 films each around 90 minutes long. It’s the national movie of Japan, even Detective Conan could not be compared to it or so the author says, it’s name is Otoko wa Tsurai yo(It’s tough being a man). I recommend you to just give it a try first.

Hearing this insults everyday is becoming tedious. "Are you not tired of repeating the same insults everyday? Why don't you read books for a change to widen your vocabularies, oops! my bad I forgot that all of you can't read that well." Ichigo smirked when he saw their faces turned red from being embarrassed.

Twilight Willow feels the new laws washing over her gently, caressing her with their profound dignity, and she feels an echo of that being from beyond the abyss that she witnessed when that little old man exploded.  But, she is too shocked, grief for her lost family and sect members filling her, to recognize it now. Tears well up in her old eyes, the pain pressing into her chest with as much force as those laws that crushed her sect to death.
