This is my first review.

I actually didn't understand the 3 and 5. The story is very good and concise, with a bittersweet tone at times. There's no drama or third-party interference, just a significant misunderstanding between two boys—one who loves openly and the other who loves secretly, wanting to protect his feelings like a hidden moonlight.

I'm surprised that I couldn't get as invested in this book, even though it features one of my favorite tropes. The style of separating the flashbacks from the present day might have been a factor. It could also be that I didn't feel a strong connection to the main love interest (ML) in the story. , it's a solid story, but perhaps I should have followed the author's advice and read all the flashback chapters together before moving on to the present-day chapters.

This short story was beautifully written. We don't get a lot of the ML's perspective, but what we do get can be quite touching.

**Spoiler**
I didn't realize this until later, but apparently, they hadn't resolved their past issues in the present day. They were married, living together, and spending time with each other, but they weren't communicating about the past. The main character's amnesia allowed them to address everything, but some things he learned from other sources, which made me sad for their relationship before the amnesia.

For readers who might not like flashbacks, the author and translator have marked each flashback chapter with a back arrow (<-) and present-day chapters with a forward arrow (->). These markers are placed next to the chapter numbers at the top of the page. Additionally, if you're reading from the translator's site, note that chapter 17 jumps to chapter 25, meaning the chapters are not in order, but chapters 18-24 are translated, so you might want to check the table of contents.

So far so good. I’m still interested in the story. I think the last update is 2 weeks already based on the comment from the last chapter. Hopefully the author will not abandon this since I’m also reading the author’s other novels
