This novel compared to other popular showbiz stories (rise to stardom, versatile superstar) is pretty average. It's slow-paced and heavily slice-of-life-focused which I enjoyed. For any long-time novel readers, you will probably feel confused after a few dozen chapters because the story and dialogue read xianxia/wuxia Chinese style novels, however, the names and settings appear more Korean.. I don't think people who haven't read those genres would notice this but it's confusing and throws me off fully immersing in the story. Maybe the author tried to fuse the two concepts but it's not really working imo.
