by webnovel standards this is godly and by normal standards it is top tier in fluent translation and smooth writing good pacing no huge info dumps characters feel alive not monotonous or pure background, very praisewirthy start for a novel, did not see huge signs of bad writing or burnout which are the biggest obstacles for new novels, out of this this the only one with potential, unless a reincarnate of the sword god appears

Good idea but author threw it out the window, but deceide for yourself:-MC gets OP system that helps him turn into the only dragon, from early on-The elves attacked the humans because one puny thief stole some key-MC with his new powers, helps the elves(for no reason,he also says that). And waits for human commands because he is a soilder...-The president protects the thief........so yeah i really dont know how stupid the MC can be to not kill at least some of them. No brainer.
