Okay, here is my opinion on this novel: it started decently, it had some baffling logic jumps but since this is a webnovel i let that slide. Then the first important arc came (won't mention any spoilers) and man was it a ****show, there were so many moments when the MC had suddenly a "oh shoot I'm gonna die! Good thing I got eternal plot armor" and without any foreshadowing he gets a power up to help him.After reading 60 chapters I still have no clear idea what the MC stands for, at the moment it's a hazy mix of idealism with Some douche traces here and thereAs for worldbuilding and character design... the former was kind of okay, similar to HxH; the latter tho, man it's ****ty. Literally EVERYONE but the MC are total morons, to the level I wonder if the author made it intentionally so. Overall the novel had a somewhat interesting premise but everything that made it interesting got deleted within 50 chapters and all the ******* goes away with sudden **** developments just to ensure that even if he is not OP he is OP. Poor planning and execution killed this novel for me. Translation was decent at least, good consistent overall. Could use some footnotes for names that use pinyin instead of translation.

Have you imagined playing games while gaining comprehensions with it? This novel defies humanity's idea of "cultivation world" just because of our protagonist getting to the world where cultivation is highly known, gotta watch out how would he turn the saplings if cultivation world into otakus addicted to resident evil.

I’ve been seeing a couple of reviews bashing the mc for being to cautious or not having the demeanor of an immortal cultivation and my reply to that is people like that won’ last a second in the cultivation world where a father can kill his child for talent or a mother can sell her child for benefits and keep in mind the mc has the biggest benefit that any cultivator chases that is eternal life, so yes he will hide and take his time, yes he won’t have the demeanor of an immortal cultivator and yes he is for sure not going to get himself killed and refined into a pill just so he can prove he is a big boy that everyone needs to respect and eternal life makes you a hermit by default because all those you care about will die and live you alone so excuse the mc for just chilling in the prison.Now for the proper review: the story is actua quite interesting and has an mc with a good head on his shoulder as well as a not so outrageous cheat which makes it all the more fun to read but the only problem I have with the story is the translation some words I have no idea what them mean because they are in Chinese and I just have to brush past it but I’ some chapters the translator provides the meaning at the end so that good…..well that’s the end of my review. Apologies if it is to amateur

For all purposes this is a great and well thought out novel, but it makes me uncomfortable seeing a unfeeling mc. It's kinda disappointing seeing such a dark mc, he has good sides sure but he is very evil and manipulative. The overlord novel with seraph is much better and a much more fair mc.

Interesting & hilarious story that won't disappoint u. In fact, read it! I hope they're not going end the story short disappointly...                                                                                             

Why didn't this book appear in my recommendations before???? This is seriously one of the best system based books I've read. The MC, I just somehow find him so amusing and as well as his interactions with his own "system". The synopsis is perfect! And the prologue did an incredible job at the world building. Only reading a few chapters is enough for the reader to know it's going to get better with every chapter. I'm getting immersed here, especially since there's no grammar or formatting problems as wellKeep going, author!!!
