Ancestor, Watch Over Me - Reviews

Will change the review depending on what I think affer I have read it.

However, the description confuses me. It says that his fam is basically desicrating his body and even wants to turn him into a puppet. He wakes up exteamky angry, like yes ofc he would be.

But then later on it mentions he helps his family instead? Like what? Didnt you wake up because they where desicrating him? Why would he then instead help them???

At least its not your typical young master looked down on, struggles to prove himself blah blah.

1000 years ago MC was super OP, family clan is declining and using his body, anyway, wakes up but cant do anything directly only indirectly influencing people and their abilities from his coffin as he regains strength and uses a system which works off respect points.

Not much cliche stuff, its all told from an interesting perspective, and people aren't making facepalm decisions.

Basically just a fun read, you probably havnt read anythanything too similar to those who been on qidian a while.

why was this removed from trial read it hasn't been up for a month yet.......,................,....................................................

well, its a system novel so nothing much to expect. Translation is not bad, few errors here and there. no world building expect for a city and a few other places and character design, well like I said, this is a system novel so don't expect good character design.

also, this is a very ***ist, like, wow.

The amount of disrespect and utter garbage that is in this novel is truly surprising considering it's Asian origins. I thought Asians had great respect for their ancestors.

This book is a joke infact it's so foolish it's no funny, the idea is great and all but the execution is crappy. The whole Liu family is retarded the ancestor system is stupid so stupid it's useless. The book has potential no doubt but the cliche and inconsistencies are to much to read its dreadful.
Verdict this only when your very very very bored.

The only other novel I can think of that's similar to this is sword of the dawnbreaker, the MC is a declining clan's first  ancestor that miraculously revived but the similarities stop there. It seems the revival of the ancestor in this story will happen at a much slower pace, in 60 chapters a month passed and he can only wiggle 2 fingers and open and close his eyes. The MC in this story has a cheat system and is pretty OP even when he's not fully revived so I'm guessing he won't be until stronger beings are introduced whenever that will be. So far there's hints of possible stronger monsters in forbidden zones and a spacecraft that crashed landed in the ocean full of otherworldly materials and cultivations.
