This has to be one of the most chinese novels in existence. Only thing more chinese I can think of is probably Mount Hua Sect. It barely has anything inspired by the western world. I personally found it quite funny.

The characters and their backgrounds are intricately designed, as they each contribute meaningfully to the plot. Even the main character's best friend holds a pivotal role, possessing a distinct personality, interests, and backstory. Initially, the protagonist chooses to remain隐蔽, but this dynamic changes rather quickly, leading to engaging interactions and confrontations among the characters.

The narrative is filled with numerous incidents and events, yet the pacing allows for a well-developed storyline, ensuring that each chapter contributes to a satisfying progression. In summary, this is a fantastic read that offers a rich tapestry of characters and a well-structured plot.

Who did she end up with? I dropped the novel after she mate with the other guy and cheated on Godric. Can someone tell me who she got pregnant with?

For lovers of mystries and thrillers like me, this is just one of the best book. I love Linda's traits, and - o woman! - Tiger and the gold ring keep scatching my mind and longing to read more. Can't wait enough to read the next chapters.
