Standard IET stuff. Honestly all his books are the same and reading one means you read them all. I see no difference between Ji Ning, Qin Yu, Xu Jingming, etc are all literally the same character. But thats fine, people who are reading IET for the first time will get something that isnt straight garbage but I have a big problem with this particular novel.I can *feel* the nationalism when I read this. IET wasnt making it subtle whatsoever here. China #1 can be felt throughout my first 100 or so chapters, lemme explain. So the entire world is given VR technology and when they go online they can practice martial arts. After a while a ranking ranking is made with the strongest at the top and guess which nationality 2 of the top 3 are? Thats right folks, its granddaddy China with the other from Botswana. It just seems like China is naturally more talented than every other country by a wide margin. Lets not even get into the comments from the live streaming in VR, its constantly about oh man, these expert martial artists from [other country] are strong, but China is still better.I think the funniest example is in chapter 148 when the strongest from Korea is made out to be an arrogant mf who is going around challenging the top 3 just to get more views on his live stream. I feel like IET's recent novels have lost the magic from Desolate Era, Swallowed Star, COILING DRAGON, Stellar Transformation, etcand part of that is the nationalism here, while in the other recent novels its been a lot more logical. In his earlier works the MC got super lucky at the start and then had to muddle through the entire universe just to be the best and in recent time the MCs dont get lucky, they were just naturally talented and got some benefits here and there that make sense. My problem is that making sense doesnt carry the same *brilliance* of a moment like in Desolate Era where Ji Ning gets the inheritance and starts his journey or when Lou Feng died fighting the Gold Dragon.

At first it may seem like this is like SAO but it is lot more different. The MC is genius in his own right. The story so far is mind blowing, combined with the excellent writing, this book is literal immersive. Hope to see more chapters!!!!

I am being harsh on this novel because I enjoyed it, and I would certainly like to see it get better. I will talk about my main few peeves about this novel.First, there is absolutely no tension. There are no special points in the novel that make your blood boil or you feel excited. The MC is just invincible, such that you know he’s never going to lose. When overpowered is a tag, you would expect to be a kind of face slapping novel right? Wrong. And that is a kind of segue into my next point.Second, I am not feeling any direction really. Perhaps that is because the story is still in it’s opening parts, the story is just meaningless babble for now. The MC has no purpose really, he just wanders around, with his students or some other people. In reality, this is probably what he is trying to do, but it’s no fun watching an MC without purpose.Third, just a minor peeve of mine, the name of the novel is Professor Kal. Yet, he is basically sidelined for a while as some of the higher status characters discuss, and his students go off on adventures of their own for what feels to be a greater part of the novel to me. Even though he is in certain scenes, his presence is barely noticeable as a reader.Fourth, I have just realized this as of writing the review, but Kal has made no progress. Just like in a certain manga, Rent-A-Girlfriend, I thought it was good just because I was having fun, but looking back, no progress was made. The only substantial things were Kal getting a job and taking in a student. Everything else has basically not mattered at all.Fifth and last, one of the most minor things, wording is kind of funky sometimes, but those were in the earlier chapters, and those problems have mostly gone away for now. Now, to talk about the good parts of this story. The MC is a great realist. He doesn’t do things without benefit for himself. Next, the side characters are given the time they need to shine, they have distinct personalities. However, the problem with this, is that people get bored easily, and I tended to skim over such things. More good parts are that there is almost definitely a deeper plot happening here, but if there is no payout after waiting all that time, I doubt I’ll stick around any longer. Basically, there are situations with time put into being read, but there is no sufficient payout to justify that reading time put in. I feel like author needs to make these situations have more payout for the reader, for spending their time reading all this, because I have only felt minor payouts in the form of small jokes, but I haven’t found anything exceptionally interesting or comedic.Alright, I should end my tangent here. I’m being harsh on this novel because I want it to improve, of course, there’s no denying the possibility that it has already been improved, since I haven’t read to the latest chapter yet. However, I would still like my thoughts to be known.Writing quality: 4/5Story development: 2/5Character design: 4/5World bg: 3/5

Simply a nice to read novel where a transmigrator hides this fact as a summoned humanoid monster with equal contract of a reincarnator.Gives the story an interesting base with a fun jokes and discussions about the MC’s lazyness.

There's so much potential in this novel! I'm not sure how to characterize it, butI'm confident that it will improve as the story goes on. Even though I've only read the first chapter, I have no doubt that the author will keep writing better chapters to make this book even better! Let's hope for a clever and enjoyable voyage! The first few chapters had a feeling of being about everyday life.

Now, he wasn't a person that would outright scream that he believed in the supernatural or anything possibly out of the realm of reality, but he didn't try to work up the effort to deny it either. But, it looks like in this kind of situation, he needed to loosen up and be open to any idea or something. It might be the only way for him and classmates to survive this whole ordeal anyway.

By the time I was done it was already seven thirty. I took a shower, put on some jeans and a crop top, some cute heels and of course NO MAKE-UP.I am the natural type, make-up just isn't my thing.
